Located on the doorstep of Dominical, Ballena National Park is one of the least explored marine gems in the world! This reef system is made up of 70 kilometers of rock pinnacles, islands, reef walls and amazing underwater sea mounts.
Humpback whales come to breed and feed here, turtles come to lay their eggs on beaches within the national park, and dolphins come to play and feed within the currents and rivers that circulate in the coastal waters that surround the lush coastline that we call home.
The close proximity to our shop and base makes this park the easiest to access and great for half-day dive and snorkel tours, dolphin and whale watching tours or even a chill sunset tour to top off another great day on the Costa Rican coast.
